Ms. Salvai brings nearly a decade of experience in management, having led multidisciplinary Law Firm teams across a wide range of practice areas, including Litigation, Corporate Law, Estate Planning, Immigration, Criminal Defense, Healthcare, and FDA Law.

In addition to her operational leadership, Clara serves as an ad honorem advisor to both emerging startups and established international ventures, particularly in the hospitality and real estate sectors.

Her legal background provides her with a strategic, cross-functional perspective, enabling her to guide companies in areas such as Marketing, Business Development, Compliance, Expansion Strategies, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Clara collaborates closely with Marta Solarska-Kaleńczuk, COO and Partner at Wołońszański & Partners, in leading and moderating the Leadership & Management Huddles for the Alliott Global Alliance. This initiative reflects their shared commitment to nurturing excellence in leadership within the legal profession.

Clara earned her Juris Doctor from UCA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Philosophy, and Social Sciences. During her academic career, she also mastered Latin, a discipline she continues to cultivate today.
